The Eye Health
Institute, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping preserve the ocular health and vision of the people of Jamaica. The need for ocular health services for those without financial means is great, especially in the rural communities. This clinic is committed to providing quality eyecare and refractive screenings for the people of Jamaica.

| Founded in 2001 by Optometrists, Dr. Richard Cross and Dr. Joseph M. Myers, EHI hopes to obtain funding to buy an RV that will remain in Jamaica and be used as a mobile eye clinic, able to travel with all necessary equipment to rural areas. |
